TALPA ARC Airport/Part 139 Working Group Recommendations
Background: Following the overrun of a Boeing 737 at Midway in December of 2005 the FAA found that the current state of the industry practices did not have adequate guidance and regulation addressing the operation and non-dry, non-wet runways, i.e., contaminated runways.
